• Hello,

    I just created a new account at www.remarpro.com to be relevant to my new business but I created it with a wrong email address.

    I know this is my fault that I didn’t double check the email before submitting but I really need my new account username

    Please advise

  • Accounts cannot be deleted, merged or have their usernames changed for several technical reasons.

    @mateusgetulio Thanks for your reply. I don’t want to delete or merge the new account. I just registered it with incorrect email and want to correct it.
    I have emailed [email protected] I hope they get back to me shortly. Do you have any other suggestions?

    The address [email protected] is the right channel for this type of request. I hope they can make an exception for you.

    When I pointed out that other topic discussion, it was because this specific operation ‘username change’ and/or ‘old username delete’ was, at least partially, approached during the flow of the conversation.

    However, like I said, the [email protected] is the right channel and surely they’ll be able to give you all assist and details needed.

    Also, may the other people from the community or the moderation, answer this topic with further explanation.

    It is about 18 hours after sending the email to support team and I don’t get a reply until now, Is this normal?

    I sent an email to [email protected] from 5 weeks ago concerning this issue and I don’t get any reply until now. Is that normal?
