I bought a lifetime license for HappyForms on Appsumo back in 2020.
When attempting to update the most recent version, it just unregistered the plugin and I’m unable to reactivate it.

I’m getting the following message when attempting to update the plugin…
“Update failed: Oops! Either your key is incorrect or your membership is deactivated.”
I resent email notification and the key is the same and my account says subscription is active.

I tried using your contact link on your website and it doesn’t work. What seems to be the problem?

    Hey there, @lancifer and @jdg11 ??

Bummer! We’re diving in to see what the problem is.

In the meantime, would you please both email ask[at]happyforms[dot]io? This forum is actually for our free users, so let’s keep this conversation going over email — it’ll be faster and private, too.

Thanks a bunch. And sorry about this. We’ll get it sorted.

Digging deeper, it looks like we’ve made a big blunder in our recent update.

So sorry about this! We’re working to get this patched up right away.

I’ll close this thread. Keep an eye on your inbox — I’ll be emailing all customers as soon as we’ve released a new version that squashes this bug.

Again, sorry. This was our mistake.

Just letting you know, this is now fixed up. It was just one checkbox we missed ??

Sorry for the trouble! I suggest, just to be on the safe side of things, hoping over to your Forms → All Forms screen and just making sure your plugin is registered.

Email us if you hit any snags.
