    I see that your plugin allows the option for people to register as a user when they initiate a support ticket. What I am wondering, is there a way to make it so that ONLY those who are already registered users can initiate a support ticket?

    Have you tried using css to try to hide the registration fields on the login form? Or creating your own login form that does not contain the registration fields? Or you can turn off registration in WordPress completely.

    Also, if you mean that you don’t want users to be able to register through Awesome Support, you can simply deactivate user registration in the plugin settings (General tab).
