Registered Users not able to download – order shows Canceled / Refunded

Registered user orders a package of 5 web ready downloads. The order is processed properly by PayPal. I get an email from the user that they cannot get to their files. When I check the order it says Cancelled / Refunded for status. I can change the order back to Processed but this only confused the user. Worked around it by downloading the files with my account and then placing them in DropBox for her. I think this may have happened with several orders in the past but did not make the correlation until last night. I ended up ‘comping’ the user with the next higher package which costs me $$ as well as creating a time waste on my part.
