Registered Users Access

I have certain pages that are marked as private and for register user access only.

Before I restricted access these were simply linked to in sidebar.php. This was done to save space on the top menu.
However I now only want these links to appear once a registered user logs in.

Can anyone suggest a way to do this? Or if anyone knows of an easier way I’d appreciate advice.
