Registered user login/ registration page for Woothemes Storefront

I am building an e-commerce site for a client using the WooThemes Storefront theme. He wants a password protected landing page wherein a registered user can login and go directly to the website, but an unregistered user will be able to create an account that gives him access. He also wants this plugin to be flexible enough to allow for filtering out potential registrants that do not qualify to become customers. DOES ANYONE know of a plugin that accomplished this?
