    Hi @chapteradmin,

    Thanks for sending that over. That’s the blocking page somebody potentially violating one of your Wordfence rules would see.

    Do you know if they’re trying to retrieve a lost password, typed their password incorrectly a number of times or are using a username that you choose to block (or are mistyping their username)?

    These are settings you can check for their leniency/strictness under Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection and Wordfence > All Options > Rate Limiting. You may find that your settings are too strict, or there may be a misunderstanding over their username that is causing this lockout to occur when Immediately lock out invalid usernames is checked.
