• A student has successfully registered and paid for our course. However, they can’t access course content. I’ve verified that their order went through and I even reset their password and attempted to access it myself. It still doesn’t work.

    It’s urgent that we get his resolved ASAP as the course is time sensitive.

    I can send other user info privately (such as password so you can test your self) by email. You already have an admin account on our site (temp_learnpress).

    The course in question is “war Abolition 201.” The registered student username is Rainbalona.

    I think I found the problem and solved it.

    AFTER THE LAST LEARNPRESS UPDATE the auto-enroll box was unchecked. NOW ALL MY RECENTLY REGISTERED STUDENTS will need to be notified that they must “ENROLL” in the course even though they already enrolled.

    PLEASE BE CAREFUL in future updates to not turn the auto-enroll of by default – or at least preserve the settings as a user set them up. This is going to cause me many extra hours of work and potential lost students.

    Hi pttony,

    I am sorry to hear that. But I have checked again and the Auto Enroll option still working fine. Did you regularly update LearnPress or you proceed the update from a very old version of LearnPress?
