Registered and approved users unable to login

    Users who have registered using the UM registration are unable to login, even when the usernames and passwords are correct.
    furthermore, you can’t use those credentials to login via the normal wp-admin.
    A login attempt using the woocommerce my-account page does not also work.
    The aim is that a successful logged in user should have access to the woocommerce shop manager dashboard.

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
