• Hi.
WE have got the full version of this plugin with the bundles.
We have added the shortcode to our /support page, and on that page it just shows a mean to Login or if Forgotten password.

    Short code: [wp_support_plus]

There is no means of Register here, or Create Ticket.
How do we make that appear? surely it should be on as standard?

At the moment, when someone raises a ticket, the customer can see their tickets, but there is no option or means to Click on that ticket to open it. Not even after it has been replied to.

    Why is that?

    Hi @simon_a6,

It could be conflict with other plugin, please deactivate all recently installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional.

If that doesn’t resolve your issue, please create a guest ticket on our site.

It turns out it wasn’t this. Partly because we have a duplicate of the site on a subdomain.

The issue was down to the Dates being show. In advanced settings where the hide and show are. I noticed on the staging one, the three dates were hidden. We hid them on the live one, and it worked.

I think the answer is that the date formats were input incorrectly. But why that would prevent the hover-over as well as the mouse click from working at all, is quite beyond me. If the Date format is restricted as I know it should be, then it should be in a dropdown to only allow certain ones. I suspect if I put in “fred” on one of them on the staging, it will break it too.

I think they had d-m-y, rather than d-M-Y.

So it works now, but those fields can cause all manner of issues. Took us nearly an hour to figure it out.
