    Hey, Urgent help!
    When subscribing to the newsletter using Mobile Devices, after clicking submit, a new page showing a message “Registration Failed”.
    It works fine when doing it through Desktop. But doesn’t work using mobile devices (Android/ Ios)
    However, the person does get subscribed to my newsletter and even the confirmation mail is sent in 10-15 minutes. But for that point of time, it shows Registration Failed.
    Need Help Urgent

    We do not differentiate mobile and desktop. Maybe you use and already registered email and the multiple subscriptions are disabled (even though another message should be shown).

    I’ll check.
