register_controls error on CC Form / Conflict with Elementor

    When I added a CC form to my site’s footer, this error popped up related to Elementor:

    `Deprecated
    : Function _register_controls is
    deprecated
    since version 3.1.0! Use Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() instead. in
    /home/cstage/wpstaging.centerstaging.com/wp-includes/functions.php
    on line
    5379`

    Only appears when the form and plugin is in use. Deactivate this CC plugin and the problem goes away.

    Thank you for reporting this, I have confirmed that it is the case for us, so we will need to get this fixed up and released.

    If you need, we can see about getting you a fixed up version ahead of time, otherwise hopefully it’s not such a big issue that it couldn’t wait until we get it released for everyone.

    We’re not launching this site until the 1st. So if you’re planning to launch a new version of the plugin prior to that, great. I can wait. Otherwise, I’ll likely need it if you’re not.

    Will definitely get it in the works as soon as possible and it is something we want to get handled, but it’s also not one that should be hindering functionality.
