Register_block_script_handle error since last upgade of the contact form plugin.

    since the last update of contact form plugin, I have a warning on my website:

    Notice: La fonction register_block_script_handle a été appelée de fa?on incorrecte. Le fichier de ressource pour le ??editorScript?? défini dans la définition du bloc ??contact-form-7/contact-form-selector?? est manquante. Veuillez lire Débogage dans WordPress (en) pour plus d’informations. (Ce message a été ajouté à la version 5.5.0.) in /customers/0/c/6/jdelectricite.be/httpd.www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5835

    Could it be linked to the non-updated version of klementor?
    I have Elementor 3.4.0 currently installed.

    When I desactivate the plugin, the message disappears.

    Got this notice too immediately after update:
    Notice: Function register_block_script_handle was called incorrectly. The asset file for the "editorScript" defined in "contact-form-7/contact-form-selector" block definition is missing.

    Appears on every admin page and also on the frontend.

    Good morning,

    as soon as I performed the latest Contact Form 7 update this morning to the current latest version 5.7, on average every 5 seconds the following error keeps recurring in the debug.log.

    PHP Notice: Function register_block_script_handle was called incorrectly. The asset file for the “editorScript” defined in “contact-form-7/contact-form-selector” block definition is missing.

    I would be grateful to the responsible programming team to intervene in the resolution of the created conflict quickly in order not to further aggravate the incompatibility with the remaining programming environment (in my case completely updated).

    I am also experiencing this issue with CF7. My site is entirely up to date and on the latest WP. No problem sending/receiving mail.

    Just updated on several sites and seeing the same however not for ALL my sites. Just a select few.

    If you want to get rid of this error on a production site, make sure WP_DEBUG is set to false in your wp-config.php file

    Yeah, same error

    And the forms on front end are seeming broken

    Same error on my client website. Any root cause and fix and just need to turn off the WP_DEBUG option to false ?

    Same for me. I had to go back a version in order to log back into my site.

    I’m getting this as well on Debian 10.12 with WordPress 6.0 – the issue seems to have started when this plugin was upgraded to version 5.7.

    Workaround to applied for now: WP_DEBUG set to false or edit the block.json file by following this :
