Register users not getting their emails

  • I created my blog so that people can register accounts and then post their own blogs. However some uses with emails from hotmail and sympatico do not recieve their login information.

    We though that it would have went to their junk mail but they did not recieve it at all. We had a few people test this and none recieved their user information email.

    Is there an option within wordpress preventing these emails to be sent to certain accounts? Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Anyhelp would be greatly appricated.

  • Will one of the threads from here help maybe? Also, are you sure you have SEND MAIL setup on your host? Maybe someone else around here will help you better though.. Either way, good luck! ?? ??

    A few people got their emails using something else then hotmail and gmail though. So I don’t understand what the problem could be.

    That top link dosen’t go anywhere though? :S

    Oh ok, dang! Search broke again already!!?!? Geesh! It *was* working earlier though.. Hmm, maybe someone else can help you better at this time?

    Still can’t figure out the problem anyone else have any ideas?
