is it because i dont own a real site? i own a sub domain that lets word press to run. here is my site: https://nintendodsg.freehostia.com/site/

i got a email for the sub domain account but not the word press, is there a way to change it to my email address. i do have a pop3 and stmp with sbcglobal.net. can i change it to that instad?

You need to talk to your host.

Basically you want to use the smtp function they gave you with your subdomain.
Also, using the php mail option is…an option.
