Register Pre_Render and Pre_Submission on wordpress page

I have a wordpress page: content of this page is

[directory form=”16″ smartapproval=”false” useredit=”true” limituser=”true” lightboxsettings=”images” credit=”false”]

I am not sure where is that [directory] plugin from. But it actually displays gravity forms, so I guess [directory] is also from gravity form plugin. Anyone who have worked in wordpress with gravity form should know what i’m telling.

My requirement is: I need to add pre_render filter and pre_submission action to this page. Pre_render method used to set some value dynamically on some fields.

Pre_submission used to save some of the field value to another DataBase.

Anyone knows how we can do this in any way? I’m struggling from morning. i don’t know wordpress much, any small idea will be a great help at this stage.
