Register page not translated

I have downloaded and uploaded the Chinese .mo file, but I noticed the register page is not translated. When I open the .po file, I do not noticed any texts in the register page, such as Username, Login, etc listed. Therefore, I cannot update the .mo file. Does anyone have a solution for me to translate the words that were neglected?
