“Register” Page Not Found

    Sorry if this is a noob issue.

    My Login, Logout, Reset Password, and Forgot Password pages work fine, but my Register page does not. If I type in the URL [mysite].com/register/, it goes to [mysite].com/?page_id=2378, and it says “Not found, error 404.”

    In my Register page editor, it’s set to Public, the URL is right, and the only thing in the content part is [theme-my-login].

    Is there something I forgot to do after installing?

    Oh, one more detail. It goes to that page with that Not Found error if I’m not logged in. If I am logged in as my admin account, it goes to a different page (a membership levels page created with Paid Membership Pro).

    The register page exists, not in the trash, and is published?

    Thanks for the response. Just checked again to be sure.

    That is correct – It exists, it’s under Pages with all the other pages (I have the option to add it to Trash), it’s Published and Public. And the URL is https://kneading.flywheelsites.com/register/.

    I had the same issue with my Theme My Login plugin and saw your review about this issue.

    Deactivate other plugins and see if the issue persists.

    I have the same’ Page Not Found ‘ problem. Login page works. Password page works but the Register page is not found when clicked. It is Published/Public etc.

    Deleted the plugin, and installed again but problem persists. With FTP I can see the Register : //xxxxxxx/macsoftreview.com/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/templates/register-form.php.

    I have the same issue when deactivating Paid membership pro plugin, everything works fine and when activating it again, register page not working.
    Note: in membership plugin when select pricing page, the system automatic redirect any page talking about register account to pricing page. (that happens because I use a free version of Paid membership pro) and in paid version customer can sign up easily.
    How can solve this problem?

    Maybe change the Register page to another slug, such as “signup”?
