Register page JS error on submit

    The registration page throws JS error of “Cannot read property ‘errors’ of undefined” on submit trigger.

    We are running Version 7.1.3 and are using custom registration fields added to theme-my-login-custom.php but this issue existed prior to working with additional registration fields.
