Register on multisite to just ONE blog

Sorry i can’t prepare good google ask for it.
I have multisite and blogs A, B, C. When user is on blog B and click register button he registers with no assign to ANY blog and on MAIN wordpress site ? Where did i go wrong? I need when the user WANT to register on blog B to be registered on blog B, nowhere else and with default status “subscriber”?
