  • Hi,

Your registration form is very lengthy with several required fields, which will make it hard to test. Was the form working prior to UM version 1.3.70? Have you tried entering different values to test it? In other words, I’m trying to figure out if it is throwing this error messages for all submissions or just a subset of them. I would advise shortening the form (perhaps on a separate test page) and adding in additional fields slowly until you find the one(s) that are throwing the error message.

    Good luck,
    Rob

First make sure the registration role is not set ‘as admin’. If that’s not the issue, I would delete the upload requirement and see if that fixes it. That type of error would then become a bug the developers of this plugin didn’t plan for (there is no code to counter for this contingency yet).

hey i’m having the same problem, i’ve a field that concerns the user community role, i basicly didn’t change any of the settings but it gets me the same error i’m really confused

I have found out it’s due to the numbers of fields i have … or more like the request to database i guess, because if i only put like 1 or two fields + the role changer field, it works but as soon as there is more fields , it stops working, as if the request was to big to be supported by database ? i don’t really understand.

    Please help
