register/Login doesn’t work

    Hi,
    I have 3 websites installed Youzify, one site the Register/Login doesn’t work,
    after having filled the register, the user have received the Activate link, after having clicked “Activate”, he didn’t receive the second email, so that the site d’ont recognize the Login ( user and password),
    My other sites have no this problem, How I can modify it ?

    Hello @ditout

    Please try to follow these steps:

    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
