Register/Login

Hi I have created a page to show the Register Login on the website of
https://www.ulys.immo/ on the left and the Register Login Page on my website on the right.

The Comparison page:
https://bestbidonline.co.za/registration-display/

The bestbidonline register page/mine:…..

1. Does not show the Register and Login tab as well. (I have selected that
option).
2. Does not show the tick box for “I agree with your terms”
3. Shows “I Agree” and the “Terms and Conditions” as one item (so nobody
can register)
4. Does not show Social Media Buttons (I have selected that option)
