    Hi @hthsrtdtuk,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts.
    Here is the doc on how to do a quick conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    This issue can be also caused by the cache, do you have any caching plugins or server-side caching active?
    I suggest excluding ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.

    The problem appeared after updating WordPress 5.5, disabling caching plugins doesn’t help, my theme is Hello Elementor

    sorry I was not careful, this is not related to Placeholder, when registering, the fields are already filled with administrator data! this is clearly a problem with the plugin itself…

    Try a different browser or an incognito tab (are you using Chrome?)- looks to me that all that’s happening is it’s filling in details remembered from what you entered previously.
