register-form.php in theme doesn’t work

Hi,

according to your this documentation: “https://docs.thememylogin.com/adding-extra-registration-fields/”
It should be possible to modify the registration form.

However, it neither works putting “register-forms.php” in main theme’s root directory, nor in the child theme’s root directory.

Any advice?
