Register Form Broken

Is there a way to disable the “Register” form for this plugin? I already have a “Register” page setup for WPMU DEV’s Members plugin. I needed the functions from this one for the login/redirection options but not the registration form itself (as the Members plugin has the one that I need). Is there a way to disable this one?
The code for it is actually being housed on a page that isn’t “Register”. I have it setup as “Register Hidden” in my database as I updated the page info/slug for the “Register” page that this script created. However, I’ve noticed since this script was activated that it’s adding additional “Password/Confirm Password” fields to the “Register” form located on the Members form… to confirm it was this script I deactivated it completely and noticed that it’d gone away.
I attempted to hide the two extra fields with CSS but it broke the registration page as the “Submit” button is taken over by this script, not the “Members” one I need.
So – again… is there a way to completely disable the “Register” option for “Theme My Login” ?? I need all of the other features, except registration.
