Register for Newsletter in Navbar

Hi All,

Iv been trying to work out how to do this for days. Iv been searching the internet for help but nothing has come up.

I want to add a simple sign up for our Newsletter into the navbar of 3 websites.

I just need name and email and submit button. I want to use Aweber.

I tried integrating the Aweber form into the head.php file and get it into the navbar but can’t get it to line up.

Does any one know of a plugin, fix or anything I can do to make this work across the board. I’m more of a designer than a programer so please be easy with me.
