Register filed hows info of other users?

  • Hello, i’m using ver. 2.0.19, my extensions are up to this, so i cannot upgrade. For some reason when a new user is going to make registration, the field with user and email are filled with someone info. Why is that?

    Hi @qnkov,

    Please update to the latest 2.0.44 version of the Ultimate member core because right now you have an outdated version installed.

    Exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache so we can rule out caching issue.

    Do a quick conflict test and see if some other plugin or your theme responsible for this issue. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are now sure hot to do it.

    I did purachsed some boundle 1-2 years ago. I’ve tryed in test copy of my site the new ultimate, but everything brokes – register pages and etc, and my extensions doesn’t work. Maybe i will remove my cache plugins from ultimate member to see if this works.
