Register button on login form redirects back to login

    Hi all,

    My login form register button is redirecting back to the login page. The url slug also shows a redirect link, though I have no clue why. I listed both my login & register page to be excluded from being redirected to the login page in my Ultimate Member settings. Can anyone assist?
