Register button not showing in sidebar

    1) just set up everything the way i should and im not seeing the register button or forget pw links in the sidebar area… all i see is standard user name and password to login… temporarily i created a button linking to the registration page… however this is temporary… any help appreciated…

    2) on registration page the “choose a username” field is all squashed together…
