Register and log out issues (Page not Found)

I have tried to install Theme My Login to customise my log in pages, but I am not sure what has happened, but now when someone enrols on a course, and then goes to ‘create new account’ they get sent to a ‘page not found’ with this link https://seriouslyfunfood.com/register__trashed/
Likewise, when someone logs out they get a ‘page not found’ with this link
https://seriouslyfunfood.com/logout__trashed/?_wpnonce=5e5f6d1980&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fseriouslyfunfood.com%2Fcourses%2Flearn-healthy-food%2FCan you help?
