    I got many complaints from users, trying to book the second time on my system.
    Yesterday I intensively tested the system. I can now follow the complaints:
    1. One user ended up in a login loop trying to reset the password. I could not simulate this yesterday on my system.
    2. In the booking form you have to scroll down to see the login form on the right side. On handy you don’t see the login form at all. That is why users tried to book with an existing email.
    3. After resetting the password I was’nt redirected to the booking page.
    4. When you register first, the adress and telefone number will not be stored in the user account. The adress and telefone numer have to be entered to the booking form again.

    To fix all these problems I configured the system to anonymous users only. But this restricts the capability I would appreciate from the system. The capability that users do only have to give there adress and telefone number once:(

    I use the latest version of WP 5.5.2, event manager 5.9.5, event manager pro 2.4.6.2 and Ultimate Member 2.0.56 and Theme Avada 5.9.1

    I don’ have the capacity and knowledge to make changes in system files.

    would it be possible to re-post this in the EMpro forum instead? also, it looks like you are using an old version of EMpro ?

    I have reposted it to EMpro forum and I have checked the EMpro version. 2.4.6.2 is installed. Is there a newer?

    Hello Tim,

    Thanks for your help. Now I have deacivated guest booking and put login form (Theme My Login) before booking form. Happy that the user guidance is much more intuitive:)
    I have deinstalled the plugin Ultimate Member and hope Login loop will not appear for some user under some circumstances.

    Hopefully no more complaints will come.

    One question left: Is it possible to show the booking summary on the single event page?
    That code in settings->events (single event) does not work.

    EM user here too.

    Is it possible to show the booking summary on the single event page?

    No.
    #_BOOKINGSUMMARY is a Booking Related Placeholder and not an Event Related Placeholder. It displays the info of the placed booking for that specific booking/user. Before submitting the booking there is no info to display.

    If you are looking for a way to display an overview before submitting, you need EM Pro in Multiple Bookings Mode. That will display a cart after the user has clicked the “Book now” button.

    thanks for your answer. That is a pity, because when I have testet Multiple Booking Mode, there has been an error. When you delete an event in the cart the program throws an exception. The feature is only beta and I don’t dare to use this – probably more complaints from attendees…

    Hi Eva,

    What PHP version are you using? MBM still has problems (that’s why it’s bèta) with any PHP version higher than 7.1. In 7.1 you should be okay.

    Hi,

    Patrick. It’s 7.39. Wait for a stable quality. The billingsummary is shown in the email the customer will receive. That’s ok at the moment.
