Register account then Add beneficiaries plugin

I’m new to WordPress and I’m trying to achieve the following. I have researched many shopping cart and Registration/Login plugins but none that seem to be able to do what i require them to do as listed below. I’m at this stage trying to get this to work using “Free” plugins as much as possible.

Please can someone who has built something like this before point me in the right direction (even if you’ve used “Paid” plugins).

My business is the online selling of school lunches to parents.

1. Parents need to be able to visit my website where they Register an account with my company. This “Registering” plugin must have an Accept/decline the “Terms and Conditions” check-box feature.

2. Once a parent has become an Account holder, he/she must be able to add 1 or more Lunch beneficiaries and link them to a School from a drop down menu of schools.

3. The next step is to order from a menu that becomes available once a school has been selected. (There will be a different menu for each school so only once a Lunch beneficiary has been added and his/her school selected, then the parent will be able to view and order from that particular schools menu).

4. The shopping cart needs to be easy to use and have the ability for parents to select which Lunch beneficiary they are ordering for. It would be great if the shopping cart could “remember” orders so that if parents want to order the same lunches for 2 or more Lunch beneficiaries then they can do so without having to reselect each individual item on the menu.

5. Parents will be ordering daily or weekly (and eventually monthly) in advance so will need to be able to do this in the shopping cart. Is there a shopping cart with some sort of calendar feature in it that would facilitate this?

6. Once the order has been placed i need to be able to extract the order as a detailed production list for my food manufacturer to make the lunches.

I would really appreciate some pointers here.
