regisration form stopped working

  • I have followed the instructions for installing all stuff the support from the theme i used gave me, and they have checked it and cant find the error. And it actually work for 2 weeks, but now its just makes me crazy

    When I visit the “My Account” page, I should be able to either register a new account or log in with an existing account. Neither of these work – the page just re-loads.

    Customers can only be registrered if they make a order and mark “create account”

    I have tried, to update and downgrade, reinstall woocormerce, nothing works.

    I understand that you’ve configured WooCommerce to allow customers to create an account from my-account page, however, that page is blank:

    I wasn’t able to replicate this behaviour on my test site so most likely, it is isolated to your WordPress/WooCommerce install.

    As a first step, I’d suggest checking whether the same thing happens with a default Storefront theme and all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled:

    8Themes there have designed the theme i use, have tested the site with Storefront theme, and the issue is still there.

    Sorry for the confusion here. What I meant is – the login/registration functionality doesn’t work there.

    The content on your my-account page doesn’t look like the default my-account page content added using the default [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode as described here:

    Can you please confirm if the my-account page still does not work as expected with a default Storefront theme enabled, all custom content removed and all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled? If so – can you please also try setting up a new my-account page, specifying it in the settings and adding the shortcode as described in the documentation while Storefront theme is still enabled and all the plugins except for WooCommerce are still disabled?
