regex to redirect https to http across entire website

    Can I use redirection to redirect the entire website from https to http. Yes, this is backwards, but it’s what I need. I do not have access to the .htaccess file. This is a multi site setup. Is this possible using Regex in redirection and how would I do this? Thanks!
