Regex Redirection Not Working

Hello,
I need some help as i cant get the Regex to work for dynamic redirection. Im trying to update a taxonomy from: url/places-to-stay/location to url/accommodation/location
need this to be regex and its not working with Rankmath unfortunately. ( works with redirection plugin )
Ive tried multiple variations but this should work… right now i get a redirection but to a completely different page that ends with the same location

i have tried to disable the Redirect Attachments option but im getting an 501 error. not sure why. Your help would be appreciated
