Regenerate webp version when edit an image

    Hi, a client of mine says that the plugin interferes with his will to edit the image (crop, flip etc) via wordpress gallery edit tools, is it possible that the plugin does not regenerate the webp version of the image? and is there anything I can do? Thanks

    Hello @utentone,

    Thanks for your message.

    The same WordPress function (wp_update_attachment_metadata) is used when adding images to the Media Library, and when editing and saving them. My plugin uses the filter available in it, so if you can generate WebP files after uploading the file to the Media Library, I see no reason why it should not work when editing the file.

    Thanks, yes probably it’s someting else as i tested on a blank install and it work…
