Regenerate Thumbnails Not longer Working

  • Running Regenerate Thumbnails is showing 100% complete and success but my images are not resizing.
    One thing I noticed is that I no longer see the Regenerate Thumbnails link on the media page. Days before I could Regenerate each image or all via the tools.

    I have version Version 2.2.6

    I changed the image sized in the settings / Media before testing.

    Help Please!
