Regenerate Thumbnails Issue

Installed Portfolio Press today.

Everything else is working as per the instruction video.
However I my thumbs are not appearing on the homepage/full width portfolio galleries.

I have installed the Regenerate Thumbnails Plugin (2.2.6) by Alex Mills. It is activated.

I have installed it all on-line, searching and installing in the browser.

I have tried downloading the zip and installing it that way.

I’ve gone to Tools/Regen.Thumnails a thousand times and it says it’s all completed sucessfully…

But I still get that damn monochrome filler-image in my thumbs when I refresh my page.

And no extra thumb-images appear in my media library (if that is supposed to happen)

Any ideas?
