Regenerate Thumbnails! Help

I recently downloaded the regenerate thumbnails plugin so it would help me resize the images on my homepage slider (www.brunchandvogue.com). I can’t get the images to fill the whole slider and I’m not sure how to use regenerate thumbnails to do this. Can someone please help me?
