Regenerate Product Attribute Lookup Table via CRON

It’s been documented that there is an existing bug with the WooCommerce API that prevents the use of a CRON job to update the Product Attribute Lookup Table.
This bug prevents adding a CRON job to the CRON Tab of a server and running the command via WP-CLI.This bug is several years old and clearly very, very low priority to fix.
Is there a viable workaround for this?

I’m not sure if I get the full picture. If you’re referring to the WooCommerce Rest API, then I’m able to generate the table lookup tool usingPOST /wp-json/wc/v3/system_status/tools/regenerate_product_lookup_tables.
