Regenerate page cache for url with utf-8 characters each time

Hello,
I am using w3tc 0.9.2.4 with wordpress 3.4.2. I found that when the url contains non-ascii characters, w3tc would regenerate the page cache each time I visited the url. The garbage collection interval is set to 172800 seconds and expires header lifetime is set to 31536000.Regards,
