Regenerate Image Plugin

Hi, I recently changed my theme and it was suggested I use this Regenerate image plugin and now I regret it. Is there any way to undo what it did? I am not happy with how my images are being cropped when I upload them and in my featured post.

I would appreciate any help. =)
