Regarding WEBP Conversion

    Converting to WEBP using WPASE options actually makes the image size bigger even though webp quality has been changed from 82 to 70, the images that got converting grow big in size from a 104 kb image it becomes 317 kb. maybe there is something that needs to be fixed in the conversion system.

    Then, if possible provide an option to optimize images that we have previously uploaded either via WP CLI or from the settings in the wp-admin dashboard.
