    Hi,

    I developed the site using a developer and it was all ok for 4 years. Then I transferred it to my side and my developers are managing it. On website, we were using SVI Pro but today morning, it suddenly stop the working and site was giving error 503. When contacted to server authority, they said, there is some plugin issue so when I disabled your plugin, site become normal. Then I Activate the plugin again but its asking for serial number so can you please share the serial number with me if you have my site details because old developer is not in my touch any more. But when I enable Pro module, again, when click on products, it shows 503 Error so may be, it will go after entering license.

    If you have a email id, it will be great too where I can send you site details.

    Hi,

    Only the purchaser will have access to the information you need. You should contact him and ask him to transfer the key to you if that is the case. Otherwise there is no way I can provide further information.
