Regarding multi page form

  • Hello, is it possible to have separate pages for multi page form, either as short code or includes?
    Other words to have ?cf_pg=1 ?cf_pg=2 ?cf_pg=3 on separate pages within form tags on the first and last page, maybe?

    Or please, provide info on those sub pages templates editing?
