Regarding menus

Hi,

whenever I open website, I am seeing two vertical menus in header for few seconds and main menu opens.

also, whenever I try to edit header and footer for mobile version, Desktop version also changing.

I am doing the changes by going to Responsive and selecting mobile, but still the desktop version is also changing.

can somebody help me to sort this out,
