Regarding Deprecated variables in Yoast SEO

    Hey,

    Seems like you guys have deprecated %%currentmonth%% and %%currentyear%% from v7.7.

    This was really useful for me and now i have to manually update the month and year from all of my article’s titles. It takes a lot of time.

    Is there any way to use them again? I am in a niche where it is mandatory for me to show the current year and month in my title. It’s really sad that you have deprecated them.

    I really don’t want to shift from Yoast SEO to the Rankmath plugin because they still have that feature.

    Please let me know any possible solutions.

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. We deprecated those snippet variables because we saw no valid use-case for them. However, since find them still useful, please create a?feature request?on GitHub for our product team to review.
