    Still not good in knowing the when people click the button to call.
    Can we track that or any information we can get

    Hi spanizhfly,

    Thanks for your message and sorry for my delay in getting back to you. You can track calls via Google Analytics’ event tracking. So through GA you are able to see when people tap the button on their phones. More detailed records won’t be possible (like caller id, etc.) can’t be tracked via the browser unfortunately.

    Hey Gav,

    No worries! In GA go to “Bahavior” > “Events” > “Overview” and you should see your clicks.

    Call Now Button taps are registered as follows:

    • Category: “contact”
    • Action: “Call Now Button”
    • Label: “phone”
