Regarding backup in zip files and how to download

I have always migrated WordPress instances using plugins like Migrate Guru. Recently, I sold a site on Flippa and being asked to provide zip files of backup.
The site is hosted on AWS Lightsail (Plesk Web Admin Edition).
Earlier the buyer provided me with cPanel credentials with password and asked me to transfer/migrate. I have never performed this and so not sure about the process.
Help appreciated if someone kind enough to explain either or both the process.
